Shipping and Returns

UK:
1-2 working days / Royal Mail - 24 Hour Tracked.

EU:
3-5 working days / Royal Mail International - Tracked.

Worldwide:
5-7 working days / Royal Mail International - Tracked.

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged please get in touch and I will assist in anyway I can.

If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, the courier will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the order from a local depot.

If you do not re-arrange delivery and the order is returned to the studio I may have to charge you for any further delivery costs.

Returns

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please GET IN TOUCH within 14 days of delivery to notify me of your intention to return, and return the item(s) within 14 days of that notification.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item(s), using the original payment method.

Customs, duties and vat

Please note that all international orders may be subject to customs and duties fees, which are imposed by the destination country.

These fees are not included in my product prices or shipping charges, and they are the responsibility of the customer. Customs and duties fees vary by country and are based on the value of the order and the type of product being shipped.

I strongly advise customers to familiarise themselves with their country's customs and duties policies before placing an order. It is important to note that customs and duties fees are non-refundable, even if the order is returned to us.

Do keep in mind that you will need to pay any fees prior to delivery of your order. In the event that a customer refuses to pay customs and duties fees and the order is returned to me, I will refund the cost of the product(s) minus any shipping fees and customs and duties fees that were incurred.

PACKAGING materials

I want my studio to have a minimal impact on our environment. As part of my commitment to sustainability, I have implemented a policy for using environmentally sustainable packaging.

All packaging materials used must meet the following criteria:

  1. Recyclable: All packaging materials must be recyclable and clearly labeled as such.

  2. Biodegradable: Whenever possible, I will use packaging materials that are biodegradable or compostable.

  3. Minimal: I strive to use the minimum amount of packaging necessary to protect the product and ensure safe delivery.

  4. Reusable: I encourage the use of reusable packaging materials whenever possible.

  5. Non-toxic: I will not use any packaging materials that contain toxic chemicals or other harmful substances.

I believe that this policy is an important step towards reducing my studio’s impact on the environment and creating a more sustainable future. By using environmentally sustainable packaging, I can help reduce waste, conserve resources, and minimise my carbon footprint.
